Ringhiera da verniciare-Railings to be painted- Barvanje ograje-

Devi verniciare una nuova ringhiera o portone appena zincato?

Sconsigliabile.
Una perdita di tempo.

Posso acquistare qualsiasi vernice,anche di ottima qualità, sè la superficie è stata zincata da poco,
dopo qulche mese dopo la verniciatura, noterò il distacco del colore dalla superficie sottostante
zincata.

Che fare?

• porto a sabbiare le parti metalliche zincate ( la sabbiatura deve essere eseguita con 
• un passaggio leggero e superficiale in macchina sabbiatrice)
• attendere alcuni mesi, che lo zinco ossida

 Ora posso vreniciare


Sè desidero un portone o ringhiere verniciata?

• il sistema tradizionale và benissimo: antiruggine e vernice
• oppure 
• il sistema a polveri: praimer e vernice ( officine attrezzate, eseguono il lavaggio delle parti
• metalliche grasse, in seconda fase eseguaono una verniciatura con praimer-è un ancorante
• e per ultimo una verniciatura a caldo)

A waste of time.

     port to blast the galvanized metal (sandblasting should be done with
     a shift light and surface blasting in the car)
     wait a few months, the zinc oxidizes

Lahko kupim katerokoli barvo,tudi super kvalitete, ce povrsina je sele cinkana, 
lahko barvam, a po nekaj mesecih,bom opazil povrsinsko odlimanje barve iz
spodnje plasti cinka




Kaj narediti?

• lahko speskam na novo cinkane dele( peskanje mora biti lahko in povrsinsko
• v peskalnem stroju)
• ali pa 
• pustit nepobarvano nekaj mesecev, da cink oksidira

Sedaj lahko barvam.




Ce pa zelim vrata in ograjo takoj pobarvano?

• tradicjonalni sistem je perfekten: nerjavece in barva
• ali
• prasno barvanje: praimer in barva ( opremljene firme, v prvi fazi operejo zelezne 
• mastne povrsine, v drugi dajo praimer- pomaga, da se barva bolje zalima na metal,
• po tem pa toplo barvajo)
